SMS program terms

Updated October 27, 2026

Signup verification

By requesting an account and agreeing to signup texts, you authorize Mid America Dragway to send automated verification messages to the mobile number you provide. Verify the number before your account can be activated. Do not share verification codes.

Race updates and promotions

The separate race-update and promotion checkbox records your request to join our recurring text program. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your SMS subscription may require a separate confirmation through SlickText.

Rates, help, and opting out

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Contact Mid America Dragway with account or messaging questions. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.

Opting out of promotional messages does not remove a previously verified member account. If you stop verification texts before completing signup, phone verification may not be possible.
